It's good to know that we have a main switchboard with an Administrative Support team member that will answer the phone when you call. We still believe in the power of connecting with a real person.
Our hours of operation are 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.
If you call out of office hours, you will reach our remote service call center These are not BCG employees but if you leave a message, they will email us the details to return your call or email.
Please note that if your call is urgent, the call center will send out a text and attempt to reach a team member. This is not always guaranteed but we do have some seasonal periods with a Support team member on-call.
