How do I offload the greenhouse from the shipping company?

The shipping company is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to arrange an appointment. It is a curbside delivery and you must have the manpower available to offload the truck and move the shipment to your site. Review the video below for more information.

WILL THERE BE A LIFT-GATE?

If your greenhouse is glass, a lift-gate will be included in your delivery. If you have specific needs for offloading, please coordinate these details with your Greenhouse Expert ahead of time.
