Shipping damage is our responsibility. Please review the steps we need you to take to fix the problem and get replacement parts to you ASAP.
The first thing you should know is that if there is damage, it is our concern and we will deal with any claims and also ship you replacement parts as soon as possible. With our secure wood crates, damage is uncommon but if you do suspect damage please report it to the driver and ensure that it is marked on the delivery forms. Please send us photos of the damage so that we can make a claim with the shipping company. Camera phone photos are perfectly fine.
In your shipping crates, there will be a packing list that identifies all of the parts. Call our toll free number 1-888-391-4433 and let us know which crate number was damaged and we will send replacement parts to send to you as soon as possible.
Step 1 - Report it to the Driver immediately.
Step 2 - Mark the damaged crate(s) on the delivery forms.
Step 3 - Take photos of the damaged crates and email them to our Sales Coordinator.
