At BC Greenhouse Builders, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we accept online store returns under certain conditions.
Returns Policy
Initiating a Return:

- Provide us with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.
Return Conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to our error.
- Please note that a 5% processing fee, calculated based on the original paid price (excluding taxes), will be deducted from your refund.
Examination and Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them for any damages or signs of use.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and completing the review process.
- You will receive an updated invoice reflecting the refund amount for your records.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflect on your banking or credit card statement.

- All greenhouse orders either through our Online store or through purchase of one of our sales team members.
- Any and all custom built pieces. This will be disclosed to you at the time of purchase.
