The role of your Greenhouse Expert is to find the best greenhouse for you based on design, climate, budget, and how you would like to use the greenhouse. There likely will be several quotes as you go through the buying journey. Once you have settled on the style, glazing, design details and climate control accessories, your Greenhouse Expert will send you a final quote for order confirmation.
At this point, all structural details will need to be confirmed. This includes foundation information and door drop.
Once you confirm the order, a 25% deposit is required to place your greenhouse into production. Your Greenhouse Expert will share the "estimated ship date". This ship date is approximate and subject to many changes. It is important to plan your installation date with a degree of flexibility to ensure there are no conflicts.
Full payment is required a minimum of three days prior to delivery and our Sales Coordinator will connect with you regarding the authorization of final payment.
