My downspout is the wrong shape. What should I do?

Good news, no matter the shape, the hardware will fit.

We receive some calls from customers asking about the downspout and hardware.  They say that they need a round downspout and the product sent is square.  Yes, this is true but the good news is that it will still work with the circular hardware even though it is not the same shape.
