Heavy duty gauge aluminum to ensure strength and longevity
We use 6063 T5 and T6 grade aluminum that is sourced from North American extruders. This aluminum is not made from recycled material, which ensures that there are no material imperfections that could affect the structural strength. We prefer aluminum frames over wood frames due to typical hot and cold temperature fluctuations. High moisture and humidity levels that are natural to a plant-filled greenhouse can affect the overall strength, weather resistance and longevity with a wood frame. Using aluminum frames ensures that there is no rotting, decay, or need for painting maintenance.
